PACK 2: CONSULTING

Our consulting package is designed to helps clients gain deeper insights into the selected supplier, with guidance from industry-leading experts in that sector (after clients used package 1).

  1. Schedule site visits to evaluate suppliers in Vietnam

    • Hotel booking

    • Transportation

    • Translation
  2. Conduct on-site evaluations of suppliers independently or together with the clients.
  3. Audit all systems or certificates required by clients or Market.
  4. Make a full assessment report
  5. Conduct a final meeting to provide a realistic assessment aligned with the client’s needs

PACK 3: IMPLEMENTATION

Our implementation package is designed to help clients save time and costs while delivering the highest quality product (after using package 1 and 2).

  1. Receive and evaluate the implementation plan.
  2. Organize regular meetings to evaluate work performance between both parties
  3. . Monitor the activities confirmed in the meeting to ensure they adhere to the agreed content and timeline.
  4. Customer representatives will monitor quality to ensure it meets the received criteria.
  5. Provide regular progress reports in both visual and written formats.
  6. Provide logistic arrangement if required.
